Furthermore, the changes in managing human resources/employees have underlined, in the last years, the importance of virtual teams (created by the organization extension boundaries) for the global businessmanagement. In addition, the information and communication technologies (ICT) development have supported new types of work within or without an organization (much more efficient and effective) based on the emergence of virtual cooperation, collaboration and learning. In this context, the present paper will present a marketing survey based on a questionnaire (an on-line one using the Google Docs Questionnaire facilities) that was distributed among the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA, www.ecqa.org) community members, in September 2011 (”Politehnica” University of Timisoara is member of ECQA since 2008). Most of the questions that compose the questionnaire refer to trust and confident feeling that were built inside the ECQA virtual community through the ICT tools used.
